目的研究天津市口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染原因,以便提出改进方法。方法采用分层抽样的方法,对天津市10家医疗机构口腔科综合治疗台水路水质进行细菌污染监测与鉴定。结果共采集三用枪出水水样24份,供水水样24份,水样中细菌总数高达到3×104cfu/ml,卫生质量平均总合格率为58.3%。共分离出45株致病菌或条件致病菌,以葡萄球菌属及假单胞菌属为主。结论天津市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路污染严重,需要定期监测,治理污染,改进口腔科供水质量。
Objective To study the causes of bacterial contamination in waterway of Tianjin Integrated Dental Treatment Station in order to propose an improved method. Methods The stratified sampling method was used to monitor and identify the bacterial contamination of the waterway of Tai-Shui Road in Dental Unit of 10 medical institutions in Tianjin. Results A total of 24 samples of water from three guns were collected and 24 water samples were supplied. The total number of bacteria in water samples reached 3 × 10 4 cfu / ml, and the average health pass rate was 58.3%. A total of 45 pathogenic bacteria or opportunistic pathogens were isolated, mainly Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas. Conclusion The waterway of Tianjin Medical Center Dental Integrated Treatment Unit is seriously polluted and needs to be monitored regularly to control pollution and improve the quality of dental water supply.
