低温对淋巴细胞免疫活性的影响为本文研究目的。我们用健康成人静脉血中淋巴细胞,取羊红细胞玫瑰花形成试验(SERF)、淋巴细胞转化试验(LBT)与鼠红细胞花环试验(MERF)为其免疫活性观察指标,对比-196℃保存前后与冻存后孵育与否的有关数据,发现冻后SERF、LBT值明显降低;冻存前后MERF值无明显变化,冻存标本孵育24小时后,降低的SERF、LBT值可有所恢复。初步认为:低温可降低T淋巴细胞功能;低温下T淋巴细胞功能的下降是可逆的;低温对B淋巴细胞功能的影响不明显。
The effect of hypothermia on the immunological activity of lymphocytes is the purpose of this study. We used the healthy adult venous blood lymphocytes, take the test of rose formation of sheep erythrocytes (SERF), lymphocyte transformation test (LBT) and mouse erythrocyte rosette test (MERF) as its immunocompetence index, compared with -196 ℃ before and after preservation The data of incubation or not after cryopreservation showed that the SERF and LBT values decreased significantly after freezing, but there was no significant change in MERF before and after cryopreservation. After 24 hours cryopreservation, the decreased SERF and LBT values could be recovered. Preliminary thought: low temperature can reduce the function of T lymphocytes; low temperature function of T lymphocytes is reversible decline; low temperature on B lymphocyte function was not obvious.
