越秀集团1985年在香港成立,现已成为广州市第一个资产规模超千亿和第二个利润总额超百亿的国有企业,并逐步形成了以地产、交通基建、金融证券为核心产业的“3+X”现代产业体系。截至2012年中期,越秀集团控股总资产超过1400亿元人民币。越秀集团旗下控有越秀地产(00123.HK)、越秀交通基建有限公司(01052.HK)和越秀房地产投资信托基金(00405.HK)等三家香港上市公司(基金)。作为综合性房地产开发商,越秀地产历年来开发了50余个住宅项目和以华南第一高楼广州国际金融中心为代表的20多个商业地产项目,商业地产价值雄踞上市公司类房企第二位;随着近年全国扩张步伐的启动,越秀地产已经在珠三角、长三角和环渤海及中部地区实现重点布局。
Founded in 1985 in Hong Kong, Yuexiu Group has become the first state-owned enterprise in Guangzhou with a capital asset of over one billion yuan and a second total profit of over 10 billion yuan. It has gradually formed a real estate industry that focuses on real estate, transportation infrastructure and financial securities “3 + X ” modern industrial system. As of mid-2012, Yuexiu Group Holdings total assets of more than 140 billion yuan. Yuexiu Group owns three Hong Kong-listed companies (funds) under the control of Yuexiu Property (00123.HK), Yue Xiu Transportation Infrastructure Co., Ltd. (01052.HK) and Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (00405.HK). As a comprehensive real estate developer, Yuexiu Real Estate has developed more than 50 residential projects over the years and more than 20 commercial real estate projects represented by Guangzhou International Financial Center, the tallest building in South China. The commercial real estate value ranks the second among listed real estate companies Bit; with the start of the national expansion in recent years, Yuexiu real estate has been in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Rim and the central region to achieve the key layout.
