对江口贯流式水轮发电机组推力轴承进行了研究。优选了轴承的支承结构 ,用有限元程序对推力轴承热弹性流体动力润滑性能进行了分析。并与其它贯流机组推力轴承进行了对比分析。 2年多的稳定运行表明 ,所设计的江口推力轴承具有较好的性能。
The research on the thrust bearing of Jiangkou Turbine turbine is carried out. The bearing structure of the bearing is optimized, and the thermo-elastic hydrodynamic lubrication performance of the thrust bearing is analyzed by finite element program. And compared with other tubular units thrust bearing comparative analysis. More than two years of steady operation shows that the design of the thrust bearings Estuary have better performance.
