目的调查医务人员工作能力水平和分布特征,探讨影响医务人员工作能力的因素。方法使用工作能力指数(WAI)表和职业紧张(OSI-R)量表对716名医务人员和325名高校教师(对照组)进行调查研究;应用多元Logistic回归模型来评价医务人员背景因素和职业紧张因素对工作能力的影响。结果医务人员的工作能力总得分(38.8±4.2)比对照组(40.3±3.9)低。单项分析显示,医务人员主观的工作能力评价、目前工作对能力的需求以及心理状态三项得分都较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组人员工作能力优、好、中和差分类构成的差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。背景资料中,医院等级是影响医务人员工作能力的一个因素(OR=2.023);职业紧张中的职业任务过重(OR=1.362)、任务不适(OR=2.230)、业务紧张反应(OR=1.356)、躯体紧张反应(OR=1.778)和理性处事(OR=0.303)亦是影响医务人员工作能力的主要因素。结论职业紧张和医院等级是影响医务人员工作能力的主要因素;降低职业紧张和增强医院整体实力是提高医务人员工作能力的关键。
Objective To investigate the level and distribution characteristics of medical staff’s work ability and explore the factors that affect the working ability of medical staff. Methods Investigating 716 medical staff and 325 college teachers (controls) using the Work Awareness Index (WAI) and Occupational Stress (OSI-R) scales; using a multivariate logistic regression model to assess the background and occupation of medical personnel. The influence of stress factors on work ability. Results The total work ability of medical personnel (38.8±4.2) was lower than that of the control group (40.3±3.9). The individual analysis shows that the subjective evaluation of the work ability of the medical staff, the current work needs of the ability and the psychological state of the three items are lower than the control group, the differences are statistically significant (P <0.01); the two groups of people have excellent work ability, good The differences in the composition of the difference between the neutral and the difference were also statistically significant (P<0.05). In the background data, the hospital rank is a factor that influences the working ability of the medical staff (OR=2.023); the occupational stress is too heavy (OR=1.362), task discomfort (OR=2.230), business stress (OR=1.356) ), physical stress response (OR=1.778) and rational treatment (OR=0.303) are also the main factors affecting the working ability of medical staff. Conclusion Occupational stress and hospital level are the main factors that affect the working ability of medical staff. Reducing occupational stress and strengthening the overall strength of the hospital are the key to improving the working ability of medical staff.
