据CMJ报道:复旦大学附属中山医院肺科揭志军、蔡映云等医生的研究表明,预防性静脉注射a1-抗胰蛋白酶(a1-AT),可减轻内毒素引起的急性肺损伤。急性肺损伤是一种常见病,病死率较高,其发病机制尚不完全清楚。研究表明蛋白酶活性增强、抗蛋白酶降低在急性肺损伤的发病机制中起重要作用。a1-AT是人体内最主要的抗蛋白酶。他们应用内毒素(LPS)静脉注射复制了急性肺损伤的动物模型,然后预防性给予a1-AT,结果发现干预组较模型组肺损伤的程度明显改善。说明抗蛋白酶对内毒素诱发的急性肺损伤具有一定的保护作用。这项研究为急性肺损伤的治疗探索了一条新的途径。
According to CMJ reports: Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital lung cancer Jie Zhi Jun, Cai Ying-yun and other doctors of the study showed that prophylactic intravenous injection of a1-antitrypsin (a1-AT) can reduce endotoxin-induced acute lung injury. Acute lung injury is a common disease, high mortality, the pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. Studies have shown that protease activity increased, anti-protease decreased play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute lung injury. a1-AT is the most important anti-protease in human body. They used an intravenous injection of endotoxin (LPS) to replicate the animal model of acute lung injury and then a1-AT prophylactically. The results showed that the extent of lung injury in the intervention group was significantly improved compared with the model group. It indicates that anti-protease has a protective effect on endotoxin-induced acute lung injury. This study explores a new approach for the treatment of acute lung injury.
