在江苏省“规范中小学办学行为,深入实施素质教育”的意见中明确提出:严格禁止下达高(中)考升学指标;严格控制学生在校集中教学活动时间;严格执行国家课程计划;严格规范考试和招生管理;严格制止义务教育办学中的违法行为。在这“五严”背景下,如何从实际出发,最终提高学生自主学习的效益?对此,我校在认真思考、调研的基础上,进行了有效的探索。
