伴随着军工企业跨国公司的日渐增多,国内军工企业同国外军工企业的联系日益密切,在国家“引进来、走出去”战略的指引下,我国的军工企业敞开国门,积极同国外的军工企业交流合作,不断学习西方军工企业先进的生产技术和管理经验,企业文化之间的重组与交流日趋频繁,对中国的军工企业文化产生着广泛的影响。在广泛而紧密的联系中,也认识到国内军工企业文化与国外的巨大差异。通过对西方国家军工企业文化的内涵进行研究,可以厘清西方军工企业文化的总体特征,进而取长补短,吸收西方国家军工企业文化建设的有益成果,更好地促进我国军工企业文化的提升,进而促使中国军工企业更加快速的发展。
