通过试验对比分析钢纤维混凝土不同层厚对层布式钢纤维再生混凝土短梁的抗折强度等性能的影响。结果表明:层布式钢纤维再生混凝土的破坏形态与全掺钢纤维再生混凝土的破坏形态相同。随着钢纤维层厚的增加,再生混凝土逐渐由脆性破坏变为延性破坏,抗折强度也随之增大,其中钢纤维层厚比率在50%时抗折强度增强效果最为明显。
The influence of different thickness of steel fiber reinforced concrete on the flexural strength and other properties of layered steel fiber reinforced concrete short beam is analyzed and compared through experiments. The results show that the failure morphology of layered steel fiber reinforced recycled concrete is the same as that of recycled steel reinforced with fully-doped steel fiber. With the increase of steel fiber layer thickness, the recycled concrete gradually changes from brittle failure to ductile failure, and the flexural strength also increases. The steel-reinforced concrete with the layer thickness ratio of 50% increases the buckling strength obviously.
