目的 :探讨 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达在急性白血病中的意义。方法 :采用流式细胞技术检测 4 7例初诊急性白血病患者 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达 ,同时采用生化法测定血清 L DH和HBDH,并于标准化疗第 1疗程结束时计算 MBDI。结果 :AML 患者 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达明显高于 AL L 患者 ;GM- CSF受体 α亚单位的较高表达主要见于 AML- M5和 AML- M0 患者 ,AL L 患者呈阴性表达 ;GM- CSF受体 α亚单位的表达水平在血清 L DH/ HBDH升高组与正常组两组间、在 MB-DI≥ 5 0 %与 <5 0 %两组间无显著性差异。结论 :急性白血病 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达测定对于AML 尤其是 AML- M5和 AML- M0 的诊断与鉴别诊断有帮助 ;GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达水平似乎与白血病细胞肿瘤负荷和化疗近期疗效无关
Objective: To investigate the significance of GM-CSF receptor α subunit expression in acute leukemia. Methods: The expression of GM-CSF receptor α subunit in 47 newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients was detected by flow cytometry. Meanwhile, the levels of serum LDH and HBDH were measured by biochemical method. MBDI was calculated at the end of the first course of standard chemotherapy. Results: The expression of GM-CSF receptor α subunit in AML patients was significantly higher than that in AL L patients. The high expression of GM-CSF receptor α subunits was mainly found in AML-M5 and AML-M0 patients, while the AL L patients were negative. The expression level of GM-CSF receptor α subunit was not significantly different between the two groups of serum L DH / HBDH elevated group and normal group, with MB-DI≥50% and <50%. CONCLUSIONS: The determination of GM-CSF receptor alpha subunit expression in acute leukemia is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AML, especially AML-M5 and AML-M0; the expression level of GM-CSF receptor alpha subunit appears to be associated with leukemia cell tumor burden and Recent effects of chemotherapy has nothing to do
