端粒是真核生物线形染色体末端的一种特殊DNA-蛋白质结构,端粒酶是一种核糖核蛋白酶,能在染色体末端合成端粒。正常组织中端粒酶多不表达,而在肺癌中往往高表达。它与肺癌的发生、发展及预后有关。与多种耐药、凋亡相关基因也有一定关系,可能系一新的耐药相关因素。
Telomere is a special DNA-protein structure at the end of linear eukaryotes. Telomerase is a ribonuclease that synthesizes telomeres at the ends of chromosomes. In normal tissues, telomerase is not expressed much, but is often highly expressed in lung cancer. It is related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of lung cancer. And a variety of resistance, apoptosis-related genes have a certain relationship, may be a new resistance-related factors.
