对电力市场下自动发电控制 (AGC)机组的调配问题进行研究发现 ,现有利用整数规划的方法是基于机组AGC调节容量不变这一条件 ,因此所得到的结果可能不是最优解。提出了计及机组AGC调节容量变化的数学模型 ,对利用遗传算法求解这一非线性混合整数规划问题进行了探索。实际系统的算例表明 ,利用遗传算法可以克服现有利用整数规划方法所存在的问题。文中还对遗传算法参数的选取与调整进行了讨论
The research on the deployment of automatic generation control (AGC) units in the electricity market shows that the existing method of using integer programming is based on the condition that the unit AGC adjusts the capacity, so the result may not be the optimal solution. A mathematical model that accounts for the change of capacity of AGC is proposed. The problem of solving this nonlinear mixed integer programming by genetic algorithm is explored. The actual system shows that the use of genetic algorithms can overcome the existing problems of using integer programming methods.
