利用有限元分析法建立加油机流场下的加油软管动态模型,利用该模型分析加油机不同飞行条件下的软管-锥套平衡拖拽尾迹。利用牛顿运动定律建立软管-锥套的运动方程,分析软管的气动载荷。对第一段软管的运动施加约束建立变长度的软管-锥套模型。在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台下搭建模型,分析加油机平飞、爬升、下滑状态下的软管-锥套动态特性。仿真结果与国内外公开的试飞数据相吻合,验证了模型的正确性。所建模型来可用于有人机空中加油训练模拟和无人机自主空中加油仿真等。
The dynamic model of filling hose under the flow field of tanker was established by using the finite element analysis method. The model was used to analyze the hose-cone balance towing wake under different flight conditions. Using Newton’s law of motion to establish the equation of motion of the hose-taper sleeve, the aerodynamic load of the hose is analyzed. Constrain the motion of the first hose to create a variable length hose-taper model. The model was built under the Matlab / Simulink simulation platform to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the hose-conical sleeve when the tanker fly-flat, climb and fall. The simulation results are consistent with the published test data at home and abroad, which verifies the correctness of the model. The model can be used to simulate man-made aerial refueling training and drone self-propelled aerial refueling simulation.
