针对磁放大器式埋弧自动焊机设计了单片机控制系统,并论述了这种控制系统的组成和工作原理.该系统实现了焊接规范参数的数字控制.试验结果表明:采用直径为3~6mm的H08A焊丝,HJ431焊剂,使用改造后的焊机焊接时,规范参数稳定,调整灵活;实现了引弧、焊接和收弧的全过程自动控制.
For the magnetic amplifier submerged arc welding machine designed SCM control system, and discusses the composition of this control system and working principle. This system realizes the digital control of welding specification parameters. The test results show that the specification parameters are stable and flexible to adjust with H08A welding wire and HJ431 flux with diameter of ~3 ~ 6mm and the welding machine after transformation. The whole process of arc starting, welding and arc closing is realized automatically.
