目的采用离子色谱法测定乳酸钠林格注射液中的总钠、钾和钙。方法色谱柱为Dionex Ion Pac CS12A(250 mm×4.6 mm),洗脱液为以20 mmol·L-1甲烷磺酸溶液,流速1.2 m L·min-1,采用电导检测器,CSRSTM300自身循环抑制器,抑制电流为60 m A,柱温30℃,池温35℃,进样量25μL。结果 3种离子的分离良好,钠离子0~100μg·m L-1(r=0.9999)、钾离子0~10μg·m L-1(r=0.9999)、钙离子0~5μg·m L-1(r=0.9995)与峰面积的线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.3%~101.4%(n=9)。结论所用方法准确、简便、快速,重复性好,可用于乳酸钠林格注射液中的总钠、钾和钙的测定。
Objective To determine total sodium, potassium and calcium in sodium lactate Ringer’s injection by ion chromatography. Methods The column was Dionex Ion Pac CS12A (250 mm × 4.6 mm). The eluent was eluted with 20 mmol·L -1 methanesulfonic acid solution and the flow rate was 1.2 m L · min-1. The conductivity detector and CSRSTM300 self-cycle inhibition Device, the inhibition current of 60 m A, column temperature 30 ℃, pool temperature 35 ℃, injection volume 25μL. Results The results showed that the separation of three kinds of ions was good, with 0-100 μg · m L-1 (r = 0.9999), 0-10 μg · m L-1 (r = 0.9999), 0-5 μg · m L- (r = 0.9995) and the peak area of a good linear relationship; the average recovery was 100.3% ~ 101.4% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, rapid and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of total sodium, potassium and calcium in sodium lactate Ringer’s injection.
