跳槽是职场中的正常现象,在一个单位干久了,想找一个更适合自己的单位,本无可厚非。可是,近年来,频繁跳槽的人越来越多,尤其是一些刚毕业的大学生。这些人频繁跳槽的理由五花八门:有的因为待遇与自己期望的不符,有的因跟某个同事或某个领导关系不合,有的因为厌恶长期加班,等等。也许一些人没有意识到,频繁跳槽将会给自己带来一系列的“副作用”。
Job-hopping is a normal phenomenon in the workplace. If you work in a flat for a long time and want to find a more suitable unit, it is understandable. However, in recent years, there are more and more people who frequently change jobs, especially those who have just graduated. There are a variety of reasons why these people change jobs frequently: some do not match what they expect, some because they do not agree with a colleague or a leader, others loathe long-term overtime, and so on. Perhaps some people do not realize that frequent job-hopping will bring themselves a series of “side effects.”
