在工件钻孔问题中,空间复合角斜孔的加工,可借助组合夹具或机床工作台平面的偏转,使工件上斜孔的方向和机床工作台基准面垂直。如果利用夹具和调整工作台偏转角度的方法,则比较费时间,且加工精度不易保证。本文应用空间解析几何的方法推导出此种工件加工参数的计算公式,并给出计算实例,以供参考。
In the problem of workpiece drilling, the machining of the oblique angle hole in the composite corner can make the direction of the inclined hole in the workpiece vertical to the datum plane of the machine table by the deflection of the combination fixture or the plane of the table of the machine tool. If the use of fixtures and adjust the table deflection angle method, the more time-consuming, and processing accuracy is not easy to guarantee. In this paper, the method of spatial analytic geometry is used to deduce the formula of machining parameters of such workpieces. The calculation examples are given for reference.
