用火焰原子吸收分光光度计对无尘肺隧道工(0期)、0+接尘工人及Ⅰ期矽肺患者共138例进行了人发中微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn含量的测定分析。结果表明,0期、0+接尘工人及Ⅰ期矽肺患者与对照组比较,其微量元素含量均有不同程度的下降,0+、Ⅰ期矽肺患者下降更为明显,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),Ⅰ期矽肺患者Fe/Cu比值明显降低。提示适当补充Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn微量元素,对治疗及预防矽肺可能有益。
The content of trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in human hair was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer in 138 cases of dust-free lung tunnel workers (0 stage), 0 + dust-exposed workers and stage I silicosis patients. The results showed that compared with the control group, the levels of trace elements in stage 0, stage 0 + dust-exposed workers and stage I silicosis patients all decreased to different extents. The decrease in stage 0 + and stage I silicosis patients was more obvious with significant difference (P < 0.01). The ratio of Fe / Cu in patients with stage I silicosis was significantly lower. Tip Cu appropriate supplementation of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn trace elements, for the treatment and prevention of silicosis may be beneficial.
