针对传统压风机系统整流、逆变单元功率不匹配造成的母线电压波动问题,提出一种基于平均电压约束的矿井压风机系统母线电压平抑方法。该方法在引入平均电压概念的基础上,利用了永磁同步电机无功功率支撑特性,在不影响输出压风机机械功率特性的基础上,实现整流、逆变侧功率的有效平衡。基于35 k W的矿井压风机调速系统实验平台,对所提母线电压平抑方法进行验证与分析。
In order to solve the problem of bus voltage fluctuation caused by rectifier and inverter unit power mismatch in traditional compressor system, a method to reduce the bus voltage of mine’s air-blower system based on average voltage constraint is proposed. Based on the introduction of the concept of average voltage, this method utilizes the reactive power support characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and realizes the effective balance between rectifier and inverter side power without affecting the mechanical power characteristics of the output pressure fan. Based on 35 kW mine pressure fan speed control system experimental platform, the proposed bus voltage suppression method for verification and analysis.
