目的:研究黄芪对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)小鼠心脏柯萨奇病毒和腺病毒受体(CAR)表达的影响。方法:建立小鼠VMC模型,将120只小鼠随机分为3组:病毒组、治疗组和正常组。在感染病毒后第0、3、7、14天,无菌取出小鼠心脏分别用RT-PCR法半定量检测CAR的表达。结果:病毒组的CAR表达高于正常组,CAR表达高峰在柯萨奇病毒3型(CVB3)感染后第7天;黄芪治疗后的CAR表达明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:感染CVB3后,心脏组织CAR升高,黄芪可降低CAR的表达,从而减轻CVB3对心肌的损害。
Objective: To study the effect of Astragalus membranaceus on the expression of cardiac Coxsackie virus and adenovirus receptor (CAR) in viral myocarditis (VMC) mice. Methods: A mouse VMC model was established. 120 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: viral group, treatment group, and normal group. On the 0th, 3rd, 7th and 14th days after infection, the heart of the mice was aseptically removed and the expression of CAR was semi-quantified by RT-PCR. RESULTS: The expression of CAR was higher in the virus group than in the normal group. The peak expression of CAR was at the 7th day after infection with Coxsackievirus 3 (CVB3); the expression of CAR was significantly decreased after treatment with Astragalus membranaceus (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: After infection with CVB3, CAR in heart tissue is elevated and jaundice can reduce the expression of CAR, thus reducing the damage of CVB3 to myocardium.
