A total of 394 infertile men were prospectively studied for up to three years after the first semen analysis. The cumulative pregnancy rates were 43% after 1 year and 64% after 3 years. The pregnancy rate in the secondary infertility group was significantly higher than that in the primary infertility group (68%: 53%). Studies that highlight the relationship between factors and pregnancy have shown they have no equivalent in predicting the fertility potential of men. Only when the concentration of <5 × 10 ~ 6 / ml significantly reduced the percentage of pregnancy. As the percentage of active sperm increased pregnancy rates were also significantly higher. The percentage of normal spermatozoa is also significant, with 43.6 ± 15.2% in the gestation group and 37.7% ± in the non-gestation group
