Frost damage is a kind of natural disaster that often happens in northern fruit tree cultivation. From the winter solstice in 1991 to the spring of 1992, the absolute minimum temperature reached -17.8 ℃ in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province, and the daily average temperature was below 0 ℃ for about ten days. Different degrees of frost damage occurred in each grape producing area, Produced a great loss of production. In order to understand the impact of frost damage on grape growth and development, and explore the relationship between frost damage and varieties and cultivation measures, we conducted a survey of grape damage.
