目的 观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicFibroblastGrowthFactor,bFGF)对新霉素所致离体椭圆囊毛细胞损害的保护作用。方法 采用离体的豚鼠椭圆囊培养法 ,对照组为普通前庭培养液培养 ,实验组按培养液中含和不含bFGF分组 ,用新霉素造成各实验组培养的椭圆囊毛细胞损伤 ,各组椭圆囊均行扫描电镜检查并行毛细胞计数。结果 含bFGF的实验组毛细胞的存活数目显著高于不含bFGF的实验组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组毛细胞无缺失或损伤。结论 新霉素对离体的椭圆囊毛细胞有较强的破坏作用 ;bFGF对新霉素所致离体椭圆囊毛细胞的损伤有保护作用
Objective To observe the protective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the damage of isolated oocyst hair cells induced by neomycin. Methods The isolated guinea pig oval sac culture method was used. The control group was cultured in normal vestibular culture medium. The experimental group was divided into groups with and without bFGF. Neomycin was used to induce hair follicle damage in the experimental groups. Ellipsoid cysts underwent scanning electron microscopy parallel hair cell count. Results The number of hair cells in the experimental group containing bFGF was significantly higher than that in the experimental group without bFGF (P <0.05). The number of hair cells in the control group was no loss or damage. CONCLUSION: Neomycin has a strong destructive effect on isolated oval hair cells; bFGF has a protective effect on the oocyst hair cells damaged by neomycin
