中国经过改革开放几十年的洗礼后,群众的物质生活有了很大的提高与进步,特别是党和国家新一代领导人习总书记当政以来,提出了实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”这个口号。“中国梦”包含多方面的内容,群众文化的建设与发展就是其中之一,也是“中国梦”实现的重要工作方面。在这种新形势下,如何建设好城市群众文化,方法有哪些,保证其健康稳定的发展方向和策略有哪些,是本文要讨论的主要内容。
