为了筛选诱捕效果最佳的诱捕器及诱芯,于2012年5月8日至8月9日,在海南省文昌市迈号镇面积为5.3hm2的莲雾种植园进行了4种类型诱捕器和5种材质诱芯对橘小实蝇雄虫的诱捕效果比较研究。结果表明:涡旋式诱捕器(Victor trap)诱捕效果最佳,且与其他诱捕器差异极显著,自制矿泉水瓶诱捕器效果最差;4种诱捕器诱捕效果从高到低顺序依次为涡旋式诱捕器>Steiner诱捕器>Combined诱捕器>自制矿泉水瓶诱捕器。纤维板诱芯诱捕效果最好,与海绵诱芯差异不显著,与椰壳块诱芯差异显著,但未达到极其显著水平。插花泥诱捕效果最差,与纤维板和海绵差异极其显著;5种诱芯试材诱捕效果从高到低顺序依次为纤维板>海绵>椰壳块>脱脂棉>插花泥。综合考虑材质的诱捕效果及体积吸水率,在实蝇发生高峰期,使用涡旋式诱捕器和低密度纤维板进行诱杀,可取得最佳效果;当虫口密度较低时,则推荐使用高密度海绵作诱芯,效果相当,且节约人力和用药。

Taking into account the material trapping effect and the volume of water absorption, fruit fly at the peak, the use of vortex traps and low-density fiberboard trap to get the best results; when the population density is low, it is recommended to use high-density sponge For the lure, the effect is quite, and save manpower and medication.
