采用透射电镜和AB-PAS染色观察并比较了鸡鸭气管和肺外支气管粘膜组织结构特点和组化特征。结果表明,鸭鸡纤毛柱状细胞、杯状细胞和基细胞结构大体相似,但鸭的基细胞核周有较多粗面内质网,鸭粘液性细胞的分泌颗粒中有较多分布不均,大小不一的电子致密斑块,鸡粘被性细胞的分泌颗粒周围有电子致密晕。和鸡相比,鸭气管中杯状细胞比鸡多,气管和肺外支气管中气管腺比鸡少。但鸭杯林状细胞和气管腺的分泌物的酸性都比鸡强。
Transmission electron microscopy and AB-PAS staining were used to observe and compare the histological features and histochemical characteristics of duodenal and extrapulmonary bronchial mucosa.
