抄袭,亦称剽窃,是指将他人创作的作品的全部或部分窃为己有并发表的行为。抄袭行为严重侵害了原作者、出版者和读者的利益,不仅是一种不道德的行为,而且是一种违法行为。抄袭者又被戏称为文抄公,自古以来就受到文坛的唾弃。自从1991年6月1 日《中华人民共和国著作权法》(以下简称《著作权 Plagiarism, also known as plagiarism, refers to the act of stolen and published in whole or in part, of any work created by others. Plagiarism seriously infringes upon the interests of the original author, publisher and reader, not only as an unethical act but also as an offense.
