内爬外挂式塔吊在超高层建筑混凝土核心筒领先于外部框架施工中应用较多,墙体上爬架附着节点的受力性能直接影响到塔吊及剪力墙的安全性。结合实际工程项目,对爬架附着节点的力学性能分析方法和结果评价方法进行了研究。针对不满足设计和施工要求情况,提出了提高钢筋配筋率、预埋钢骨、增设钢支撑和设置使上、下爬架协同受力拉杆四种技术措施,并给出了四种技术措施的特点,可供相关技术人员参考。
The inner crawler-type tower crane is widely used in the construction of the concrete core of the super high-rise building leading over the outer frame. The mechanical performance of the joints on the upper crawler frame directly affects the safety of the tower crane and the shear wall. Combined with the actual engineering project, the method of analyzing the mechanical properties of the joints of climbing frames and the method of evaluating the results were studied. In response to the failure to meet design and construction requirements, four technical measures have been proposed, including increasing the reinforcement ratio of steel bars, pre-embedding steel bars, adding steel supports, and setting up cooperating force-pulling rods for up and down climbing, and four technical measures have been given. The characteristics of the relevant technical personnel for reference.
