六九式机械化桥础板的受力分析实质上是一个在弹性地基上的变截面的梁板组合结构的应力分析问题。目前尚未见有较完整的设计计算资料。本文采用了有限元法求解。文章选择了软土地基作为典型,首先讨论了现有弹性地基的计算理论,并结合试验确定了地基压缩模量。有限元法中按空间体系计算,未知数为216个,编制了源程序并在 SIEMENS 机上进行计算。同时在我院渡河场对础板进行了现场原型承载试验。文中较详细地对有限元法计算结果和试验结果进行了分析对比。证明了用有限元法计算础板的应力有较好的工程精度。
The force analysis of the sixty-nine type mechanized bridge slab is essentially a stress analysis problem of the variable section beam-plate composite structure on the elastic foundation. At present, there are no more complete design calculations. This article uses the finite element method to solve. In this paper, the soft soil foundation is selected as a typical example. First, the calculation theory of the existing elastic foundation is discussed, and the compressive modulus of the foundation is determined in combination with the experiment. According to the space system in the finite element method, the number of unknowns is 216, and the source program is compiled and calculated on the SIEMENS machine. At the same time, the on-site prototype test of the base plate was carried out in the Duhe River Yard of our hospital. In this paper, the results of finite element method and the test results are compared and analyzed in detail. It is proved that the finite element method can be used to calculate the stress of the foundation plate with good engineering accuracy.
