传统整流罩装配型架已经成为产品快速变换和重构后装配的瓶颈,严重地影响整流罩装配周期、生产效率、质量和成本。随着国际发射市场对整流罩需求的不断增长,整流罩的型号规格越来越多,而传统的装配型架只能对应一种型号规格的整流罩,越来越不能满足市场需求。针对传统装配型架的诸多缺点,而可重构系统具有快速的构造能力和统一的集成环境优势,利用其模块化设计原理,设计了装配型架卡板可重构系统,介绍了系统重构的过程和控制原理,经验证系统重构后能够很好地适应多种型号规格整流罩的装配。
