为了解郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染人群中病毒感染状况。采用酶联免疫法对1180例急性呼吸道感染患儿进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(AdV)、巨细胞病毒(HCMV)和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV_1)的IgM抗体测定,同时设440例非感染病例和289例正常儿童为健康对照,并对年龄、性别、城乡和季节的感染情况进行分析。结果:观察组RSV、AdV、HCMV、HSV_1的阳性率分别为31.86%、14.7%、20.59%和20.9%与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。提示郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染人群中RSV、AdV、HCMV和HSV_1的感染率较高,临床上应重视急性呼吸道感染的病原学研究。
To understand the virus infection in children with acute respiratory infection in children in Zhengzhou area. IgM antibodies of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus (AdV), cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and herpes simplex virus (HSV_1) were detected in 1180 children with acute respiratory tract infection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Non-infected cases and 289 normal children as healthy controls, and analysis of age, gender, urban and rural and seasonal infection. Results: The positive rates of RSV, AdV, HCMV and HSV_1 in the observation group were 31.86%, 14.7%, 20.59% and 20.9%, respectively (P <0.01). The results suggest that the infection rate of RSV, AdV, HCMV and HSV_1 in children with acute respiratory infection in children in Zhengzhou area is high, and the etiology of acute respiratory infection in clinic should be emphasized.
