Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum adenosine deaminase (ADA), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) in the diagnosis of liver diseases. Methods One hundred and thirty-three patients with liver disease were selected as the observation group. 53 normal subjects who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. Serum ADA, ALT, AST and GGT values of the two groups were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Analysis of the two groups of subjects test results. Results The results of ADA, ALT, AST and GGT in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference in the positive rates of ADA, ALT, AST and GGT between the two groups P <0.05). In patients with liver disease, the highest positive rate of ADA is cirrhosis, accounting for 92.31%, followed by acute hepatitis and liver cancer patients, accounting for 85.48%, 70.83%. The positive rates of ALT and AST in patients with acute hepatitis were 100.00%. The positive rates of AST in hepatocellular carcinoma, acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis accounted for 87.50%, 100.00%, 90.91% and 80.77% respectively. The highest positive rate of GGT was liver cancer , Accounting for 75.00%, followed by acute hepatitis, accounting for 67.74%. Conclusion The combined detection of ADA, ALT, AST and GGT in the clinical diagnosis of liver diseases has significant clinical value, which provides an accurate basis for the differential diagnosis of various types of liver diseases clinically and is worthy of clinical promotion.
