为研究污泥烧结页岩多孔砖的弯曲抗拉性能,分别对4种普通水泥砂浆砌筑的36个沿通缝和36个沿齿缝的标准砌体试件进行弯曲抗拉试验研究。结果表明,污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体沿通缝和齿缝的弯曲抗拉强度均随砂浆强度的提高而增长。通过对试验数据的回归分析,提出了污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体沿通缝和齿缝的弯曲抗拉强度平均值计算公式,可供污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体设计参考。
In order to study the bending tensile properties of sludge sintered shale porous brick, the bending tensile tests of 36 standard masonry specimens along the through-seam and 36 along the tooth seam of four kinds of ordinary cement mortar masonry were carried out respectively. The results show that the flexural tensile strength of perforated shale porous brick masonry along the through-seam and the crevice increases with the increase of mortar strength. Based on the regression analysis of experimental data, an average formula of bending tensile strength of perforated shale porous brick masonry along the through seam and the tooth seam is proposed, which can be used as a reference for the design of perforated brick masonry with sludge sintered shale.
