为了解决连续采煤机短壁开采工作面配套连运1号车转运破碎时,梭车向连运1号车卸煤时存在电缆反复拉断的问题,分析了梭车电缆在卸煤时出现的S形弯折变形对电缆的不利影响,使用SolidWorks软件设计了新型的电缆导向轮组,改善了电缆受力状况。现场试验表明,电缆拉断频率大大降低,提高了其可靠性和使用寿命,增强了短壁设备配套的灵活性。 In order to solve the problem of repeatedly pulling off the cable when shuttle car No. 1 was unloaded from the coal carrier No. 1 on the shortwall mining face of the continuous mining machine, S-shaped bending deformation on the cable adverse effects, the use of SolidWorks software designed a new type of cable guide wheel sets, to improve the cable stress conditions. Field tests show that the cable pull-off frequency is greatly reduced, improving its reliability and service life, enhanced short-wall equipment supporting flexibility.
