目的探讨肿瘤医院护士满意度调查结果并进行分析。方法选取肿瘤医院护士400例,根据护士工作满意度调查问卷进行结果的调查和分析。结果肿瘤医院护士的工作满意度相对不高,各个维度的平均分在3分左右,其中,被认可与表扬与成就感的得分稍高,而工资及补贴的满意度相对较低。结论肿瘤医院护士满意度不高与工资和补贴直接相关,应提高护士的工资待遇,从而提高工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate and analyze the satisfaction survey of nurses in cancer hospitals. Methods Totally 400 nurses in cancer hospital were selected and the results were investigated and analyzed according to questionnaire about job satisfaction of nurses. Results The job satisfaction of cancer hospital nurses was relatively low. The average score of each dimension was about 3 points. Among them, the score of recognition and recognition was slightly higher, while the satisfaction of salary and subsidy was relatively lower. Conclusion The unsatisfactory satisfaction of nurses in cancer hospitals is directly related to the salary and subsidies. The salary of nurses should be increased so as to improve job satisfaction.
