本文综述对通信卫星姿态和轨道控制系统(AOCs)提出的新要求和技术挑战,以目前的几个通信卫星型号为例给出了解决办法。首先,商用通信卫星的AoCs必须系列化生产,所采用的技术同样受性能、品质以及开发成本和研制进度的左右。随着通信卫星数目的迅速增加,通信卫星星座中的卫星必须同时测控,因此卫星运营期间必须星上自主控制,尽量减少地面的干预。这就涉及到卫星正常工作条件下的测控以及在故障状态下的结构重新配置和修理。因此,探索自主故障管理及自主轨道确定和位置保持的新方法就成为本文的中心议题。
This article summarizes the new requirements and technical challenges posed to communications satellite attitude and orbit control systems (AOCs), and provides solutions to the current few communication satellite models. First of all, AoCs for commercial communications satellites must be serially manufactured using the same technology, quality, development costs and development schedules. With the rapid increase in the number of communication satellites, satellites in communications satellite constellations must be monitored and controlled at the same time. Therefore, satellite operations must be controlled autonomously to minimize ground intervention. This involves the measurement and control under normal operating conditions of the satellite and reconfiguration and repair of the structure in the event of a fault. Therefore, exploring a new approach to autonomous fault management and autonomous orbit determination and location preservation becomes the central issue of this paper.
