目的:采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱联用技术(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)同时测定金果榄中β-蜕皮甾酮、非洲防己碱、药根碱、巴马亭红碱、掌叶防己碱的含量。方法:采用Waters CORTECS C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1mm,1.6μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液,梯度洗脱;样品经电喷雾电离离子源(ESI)正离子化后,通过安捷伦三重四级杆串联质谱仪,采用选择多反应监测(MRM)对金果榄进行定量分析。结果:各成分在一定范围内具有较好的线性关系,r值均大于0.9997,精密度、重复性和稳定性的RSD均小于5%,加样回收率均在98.7%~103.2%之间。结论:建立的方法准确度和灵敏度高,专属性好,可作为金果榄的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine β-ecdysterone, tetrandrine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine, melezin, Paliperidine content. METHODS: Waters CORTECS C 18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.6 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution with gradient elution. The sample was ionized by electrospray ionization ionization (ESI) Quantitative analysis of Camellia oleifera with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) using the Agilent Triple Quadrupole MS / MS. Results: The results showed that all the components had a good linear relationship within a certain range. The r values were all greater than 0.9997. The RSDs of precision, repeatability and stability were all less than 5%. The recoveries of samples were between 98.7% and 103.2%. Conclusion: The established method has high accuracy and sensitivity and good specificity, which can be used as quality control method for Jinguo olives.
