并购是企业扩大经营、降低成本、增强自身竞争实力、实现更大利润的重要手段。但是,在企业并购过程中,企业管理者或是忽视了人力资源整合或是在整合过程中存在各种各样的误区。通过科学的人力资源整合将被并购公司的优秀人才保留下来,保持他们的积极性和敬业精神,使双方人员密切配合,是并购成功的关键所在。本文提出了企业并购中人力资源整合的流程,进一步阐述了整合中要把握的关键点及具体的方法和措施,对企业成功进行并购活动具有一定的借鉴意义。
M & A is an important means for enterprises to expand their operations, reduce costs, enhance their competitive strength and achieve greater profits. However, in the course of M & A, managers ignore the integration of human resources or have various misunderstandings in the integration process. Through scientific human resources integration will be mergers and acquisitions of the company’s outstanding talent retained, to maintain their enthusiasm and dedication, so that the close cooperation between the two sides, the key to the success of the mergers and acquisitions. This paper puts forward the process of human resource integration in M & A, further elaborates the key points to be grasped and the specific methods and measures in the process of integration, and provides some reference to the successful M & A activities.
