企业“家文化”是植根于中国传统文化土壤、符合现代企业管理要求的一种新型管理方法。建设企业“家文化”有助于倡导和谐稳定、团结合作的内部氛围,拓展创新进取、勇于担当的外部竞争力。本文通过对“家文化”内涵与意义的解读,剖析家文化建设与企业员工自我激励的关系,探讨如何营造企业家文化氛围,促进员工进行自我激励,实现企业与员工的共同成长。
Enterprise “Home Culture ” is a new management method that is rooted in the soil of traditional Chinese culture and meets the requirements of modern enterprise management. Building a business “home culture ” helps advocate the internal atmosphere of harmony, stability and unity and cooperation so as to expand the external competitiveness of innovation and enterprising. This paper analyzes the connotation and meaning of “home culture ”, analyzes the relationship between home culture construction and employee self-motivation, discusses how to create a culture of entrepreneurs, encourages employees to self-motivation, and realizes the common growth of enterprises and employees.
