预售商品房成交稳步增长据广州市房地产管理局有关部门介绍,2003年,广州市房地产市场继续保持稳定、健康、持续有序发展的良好态势,全年十区房屋交易总量为1639万平方米,金额604亿元,分别比2002年增加15.83%和8.24%。在市场有效需求依然保持旺盛状态下,商品房供应量适度增加,全年供求平衡,成文量略超供应量,二手房屋交易大幅攀升,楼价稳中略降。
