用ICP-AES方法直接测定了纯净水(144KΩ·cm)中痕量元素Mg,Ca和Sr,并研究了载气压力、观测高度和输出功率等实验条件对谱线强度的影响。光谱分析的相对标准偏差(RSD)在4%以内,方法简便、快速、准确。
The trace elements Mg, Ca and Sr in purified water (144 KΩ · cm) were directly measured by ICP-AES method. The effects of experimental conditions such as carrier gas pressure, observation height and output power on the intensity of the line were studied. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of spectral analysis is within 4%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
