Following the joint development plan with Lambda Photometrics, the first reticle-driven, laser-driven microelectronic circuit pattern generator was successfully tested in Feilanti, England. Pulsed UV lasers replace ordinary light sources for photoresist exposure. The graph generator can triple the current system speed
