随着全国基础教育由外延发展进入内涵发展,广西课堂教学改革迎来了整体推进的春天。广西横县在深入调查初中英语课堂教学改革中种种问题的基础上,发现了影响农村初中英语教学水平,主要是英语教师自身专业素养。自我完善与自主发展是教师内驱式专业自我发展,探究农村初中英语教师专业自我发展的途径,因此任重而道远。
With the extension of basic education from national development to connotation development, the reform in classroom teaching in Guangxi ushered in the spring as a whole. On the basis of in-depth investigation of various problems in junior middle school English classroom teaching reform, Hengxian County, Guangxi Province, found that the English teaching level in rural junior middle schools was mainly influenced by English teachers’ own professional accomplishments. Self-improvement and self-development is a way for teachers to develop themselves and explore the professional development of English teachers in rural junior high schools. Therefore, they have a long way to go.
