为了研究聚酯纤维对沥青混凝土疲劳性能的影响,通过室内小梁的三分点加载疲劳试验,研究不同聚酯纤维掺量和不同应力比条件下,沥青混凝土疲劳性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:在应力比相同的情况下,随着聚酯纤维掺量的增大,沥青混凝土的疲劳寿命呈现先增加后减小的趋势,说明聚酯纤维存在最佳掺量为0.2%;当聚酯纤维掺量相同时,随着应力比的增大,沥青混凝土疲劳寿命呈现下降的趋势。试验表明掺加聚酯纤维能明显提高沥青混凝土路面的疲劳寿命。通过对聚酯纤维沥青混凝土路面疲劳性能的研究,找到提高沥青混凝土路面抗疲劳性能的有效方法,为沥青混凝土路面的结构设计提供理论依据。
In order to study the influence of polyester fiber on the fatigue performance of asphalt concrete, the fatigue behavior of asphalt concrete under different polyester fiber content and different stress ratio was studied through three-point loading fatigue test of indoor trabecular. The results show that under the same stress ratio, the fatigue life of asphalt concrete first increases and then decreases with the increase of the content of polyester fiber, indicating that the optimal content of polyester fiber is 0.2%. When the content of polyester fiber is the same, as the stress ratio increases, the fatigue life of asphalt concrete shows a downward trend. Tests show that spun polyester fiber can significantly improve the fatigue life of asphalt concrete pavement. Through the research on the fatigue property of asphalt concrete pavement, we find an effective way to improve the anti-fatigue performance of asphalt pavement, and provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of asphalt pavement.
