目的:弄清新鲜乌头草对小鼠的急性毒性。方法:野外采集新鲜乌头草,立即粉碎榨汁,得到新鲜乌头草汁,小鼠灌胃给药,测定新鲜乌头草的半致死量LD50,观察小鼠所出现的毒性反应,并测定小鼠血清的生化指标和心脏的氧化还原指标的变化。结果:以新鲜乌头草量计,乌头草对小鼠的LD50是7.550g/kg;乌头草高剂量组小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(Urea)、尿酸(Uric Acid)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)与对照组相比均有显著性升高;与对照组相比,心脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著降低,以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力显著降低。结论:新鲜乌头草有很大的急性毒性,主要毒性靶器官是心脏组织。
Objective: To clarify the acute toxicity of fresh aconite on mice. Methods: Fresh aconite was harvested in the field, crushed juice was crushed immediately, fresh aconite juice was obtained and the mice were gavage administered. The LD 50 of fresh aconitum was determined. The toxic reaction in mice was observed. Changes of Biochemical Index and Redox Index in Mouse Serum. Results: The LD50 of Aconitum on mice was 7.550g / kg, while the content of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase AST, TP, Urea, Uric Acid, CK, α-HBDH, lactate (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK-MB) were significantly increased compared with the control group; the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in heart tissue was significantly higher than that in the control group Antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) was significantly reduced, and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Aconitum has a great acute toxicity, the main toxic target organ is heart tissue.
