冯一下,本刊专家指导委员会委员,四川蓬溪人,毕业于北京师范大学历史系。长期在成都的中专、中学和高校从事教学工作,担任过历史教研员。在教学生活中,讲授语文、政治、地理、哲学、行政管理学等课程的时间多于历史教学时间,但对史学研究和历史教学的兴趣和热情始终不减。早年侧重于秦汉史研究,20世纪80年代转而主攻历史教学论。在治学过程中,追求理论和实践、继承与创新的有机统一,喜欢用相对通俗的语言阐释深邃的理论,不时发表与他人见解有所不同的观点。既写长文,又写短论。研究内容涉及中学历史教学各主要环节,在历史教学的美育功能、历史课程(教学)改革、史学范式与中学历史教学、历史教科书编写、历史高考研究等方面用力尤多。代表作为《历史教育新探》,主编《现代化的进程与启示》等书,参加两套义务教育历史教科书的编撰。1999年退休,时为成都教育学院副教授。之后,以继续研究历史教学和历史高考充实退休生活,成果颇丰,其乐无穷。本刊特别连载冯先生的一组教学反思小品文,希望广大同仁能够从中受益。
