樱桃作为落叶果树中成熟期较早的果品,对填补早春市场果品空缺具有重要意义。目前,国内樱桃苗木供不应求,而采用传统的根蘖繁殖或压条繁殖的方法繁殖樱桃砧木,不仅繁殖速度慢而且传带病毒,也使砧木的根瘤病容易传播。这不仅影响樱桃的大面积栽培,也影响优良砧木在生产中的推广。为了解决这些问题,我们试图用茎尖组织培养这一生物工程技术快速繁殖樱桃苗木,并提供健康比例较大的优良砧木和品种
Cherry as deciduous fruit trees in the early maturity of the fruit, to fill the market vacancies in early spring is of great significance. At present, the domestic cherry seedlings in short supply, and the use of the traditional method of root tillering or batting propagation of cherry rootstock, not only slow propagation and transmission of the virus, but also rootstock disease rootstocks easily spread.
