目的探讨家庭漂白和Beyond冷光美白对牙釉质的渗透性。方法 30颗正畸拔除的前磨牙随机分为3组:A组为对照组,仅接触蒸馏水;B组采用10%过氧化脲(CP)进行家庭漂白的常规操作;C组采用35%过氧化氢(HP)并用Beyond冷光美白仪照射。处理后用硫酸铜和二硫代草酰胺进行组织化学染色,将颊侧牙冠中1/3制成3个磨片,通过光学显微镜检测铜离子渗入牙釉质的深度占釉质厚度的百分比。结果与A组比较,B组和C组离子染色的深度更深(P<0.01)。结论 10%CP和35%HP均可造成釉质更深的渗透。
Objective To investigate the permeability of enamel to family bleaching and Beyond cold whitening. Methods 30 orthodontic teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A was the control group, only exposed to distilled water; group B was treated with 10% carbamide peroxide (CP) for routine home bleaching; group C was treated with 35% peroxide Hydrogen (HP) and irradiated with a Beyond cold light whitening instrument. After treatment with copper sulfate and dithiooxamide for histochemical staining, the buccal cusp in 1/3 made of three grinding films, through the optical microscope to detect the penetration of copper ions enamel enamel thickness accounted for the percentage of the thickness. Results Compared with group A, the staining depths of group B and group C were deeper (P <0.01). Conclusion 10% CP and 35% HP can cause deeper enamel penetration.
