为了解决油田输油管道流量数据不能共享和漏油报警不能多点在线监控等问题,设计了一个基于物联网技术和GSM信息传输技术的智能油田输油管道监控系统。系统基于物联网的3层架构,由流量采集装置、GSM无线传输装置、石油流量数据(Oil Flow Data,OFD)服务器及后台流量管理子系统4个模块组成,介绍了各个模块的功能和互联方案。系统利用流量服务器实现数据共享,采用自定义通信协议对流量数据和报警信息进行编码,提高数据传输的可靠性,并通过互联网络访问流量服务器来实现多点访问和在线监控问题。该系统将流量采集、存储及管理通过物联网技术有机结合,有效简化了系统的安装、操作,实现了油田多个监控点流量数据的共享和管道状态的实时在线监控。
In order to solve the problems that oil field pipeline flow data can not be shared and oil leakage alarm can not be monitored online, a smart oil field pipeline monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology and GSM information transmission technology is designed. The system is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) 3-layer architecture and consists of four modules: traffic collection device, GSM wireless transmission device, Oil Flow Data (OFD) server and backstage traffic management subsystem. The functions and interconnection schemes of each module . The system uses a data flow server to share data, uses a custom communication protocol to encode traffic data and alarm information, improves the reliability of data transmission, and accesses the traffic server through the Internet to achieve multi-point access and online monitoring. The system combines the traffic collection, storage and management through the Internet of Things technology to effectively simplify the installation and operation of the system and achieve the sharing of traffic data and the real-time on-line monitoring of pipeline status in multiple monitoring points of the oilfield.
