针对海控国际广场地下水及基坑土质情况,对其地下工程防水进行设计研究。因海南常年高温、多台风、多雨水,潮湿性较强,其建筑防水工程存在诸多特殊要求,经与传统卷材防水方案进行比对,决定使用耐盐碱的柔性防水材料——CPS反应粘防水卷材技术进行防水设计。详细介绍了此种防水卷材的施工工艺流程及施工中的主要质量控制要点,以及后期的成品养护及检查修补措施。此技术的应用效果良好,既经济又合理。
In view of the situation of groundwater and foundation pit of Haicheng International Plaza, the design and study of waterproofing of underground works was conducted.
